It’s fair to say that Doom: The Dark Ages is shaping up to be the top contender for Game of the Year 2025. Any player who has grabbed a copy of the game would be able to vouch for it and accept that it captures the essence of classic Doom gameplay perfectly, while still improving upon ways to smash and terrorize enemies.
