‘Sinners’ Dances on the Edge of Entering its Biggest Box Office List Yet

Another day at the 2025 box office has passed, and Ryan Coogler's Sinners continues to make its impressive fanged-mark. Across the most recent domestic weekend, the critically acclaimed vampire horror thriller took home another $22.1 million from 3,502 nationwide theaters, making for a per-theater average of $6,311. Added to the movie's already impressive box office haul, Sinners has accumulated an eye-watering $283.4 million globally, split between $215.4 million domestically and $68 million in overseas markets.
Thanks to this total, taken from just four weeks so far, Sinners is teetering on the edge of perhaps its most impressive box office achievement yet, namely entering the 15 highest-grossing horror movies ever at the global box office.
