A 39 Year Old Tom Cruise Interview May Have Revealed Why He Risks His Life in ‘Mission: Impossible’

We all know that when it comes to dangerous stunts, Tom Cruise takes it upon himself to deliver them with full authenticity. In his films, Cruise famously performs most of the stunts himself, be it jumping off buildings or flying jets at high speed. His Mission: Impossible films have become a showcase of his athletic talents, with the actor upping the stakes with each film.

His latest film, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, is expected to feature some life-risking stunts as well. In a 1986 interview, Cruise revealed may have revealed why he’s got such a passion, or ‘death-wish’ as some fans call it, for doing these risky stunts.
