Jurassic World Rebirth Trailer Reveals Best Look Yet At Franchise’s Terrifying New Dinosaur (& Promises Plenty Of T-Rex Action)

A new trailer for Jurassic World Rebirth has arrived. Slated for July 2, the forthcoming movie, written by David Koepp and directed by Gareth Edwards, serves as a sequel to Jurassic World Dominion and a soft reboot for the franchise. Led by Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, David Iacono, and Rupert Friend, Jurassic World Rebirth sees Zora Bennett (Johansson) lead a covert operations team to extract DNA from the three largest dinosaurs on the planet.

Now, Universal Pictures has dropped the second trailer for Jurassic World Rebirth.

The trailer opens with a team of scientists in hazmat suits, one of whom winds up stuck in the clutches of a dinosaur when some of their studies go wrong. The trailer then cuts to Johansson and Ali arriving at the island, noting that the theme park employees' "experimental work" left only the worst of the dinosaurs behind.
