On a recent episode of Radio Andy’s “The Julia Cunningham Show,” Brody Jenner talked about how Spencer Pratt orchestrated his own character’s villain arc on MTV’s “Laguna Beach” spinoff “The Hills” (2006-2010) and made the show so successful.

Brody Jenner: And with “The Hills,” he kind of came in and knew what he — he knew what he wanted to do before he got in there. He was like, “I wanna be this, I wanna be that.” And he kind of created this villain character on “The Hills” and people, like, really hated him, you know. He did tell me, “I want to be the most hated person in the world.” He told me that.
