A Fun Cop Comedy
You know, maybe all I can expect is that not all DreamWorks movies are gonna be a masterpiece. But at least I actually like this one. Dog Man is a pretty fun comedy that does have very decent entertainment that I believe kids will definitely have a blast. As an adult, it does have a few issues with how the story intends to just be generic and that it could've done more to the development. But at least it had fun moments to make the movie quite worthwhile with great animation, enjoyable characters, wacky action, and cute comedy. I believe this will be worth watching for fans of the Dog Man series and Dav Pilkey's other works like Captain Underpants. But I also think the kids will love it with the cute jokes and if they actually got into the books. I would say that the Captain Underpants movie is slightly better. But as for this, at least it's worth a good laugh.
