• Netflix's Adolescence has a lot going for it-strong performances, especially from Stephen Graham, who is always a powerhouse, and the young lead, who is absolutely amazing. The acting feels raw and authentic, pulling you into the characters' struggles.

But here's the problem: it drags. Scenes stretch on forever with little actually happening, making it a real test of patience. What could be a tight, gripping story across one or two episodes gets unnecessarily stretched into four, leaving it feeling bloated and slow.

If you have the patience, the performances make it worth a watch, but honestly, I'm struggling to stick with it. A well-acted bore fest.
