Ian McNeice went to Taunton School in Somerset and then had two years at the Salisbury Playhouse as an Acting A.S.M. before going to L.A.M.D.A. 1971-74. Avery Franklin Brooks was born on October 2, 1948 in Evansville, Indiana to a musically talented family. His maternal grandfather, Samuel Travis Crawford, was a tenor who graduated from Tougaloo College in Mississippi in 1901. Crawford toured the country singing with the Delta Rhythm Boys in the 1930s. Brooks also is musically inclined having played jazz piano, and has performed as the great baritone/actor/scholar Paul Robeson in the play entitled "Paul Robeson". He sang the lead in the A. Anthony Davis opera "X: The Life and Times of Malcolm X", and performed as "Theseus" and "Oberon" in Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Washington's Arena Stage. Long affiliated with Rutgers University, he was the institution's first Black MFA graduate. Additionally, he served as the National Black Arts Festival's (NBAF) Artistic Director throughout the 1990s in Atlanta, Georgia. An actor, activist, musician, director, and educator of epic proportions, Brooks was quoted in an interview about his work with NBAF and his performances: "If I were a carpenter, I'd find a way to empower using that skill. I'm using as much as God has given--my mind, my voice, my heart, my art forms. This is the highest form of expression on the planet from God, to me, to you".

Kay Kay Menon is a well-known Indian actor who has acted in numerous movies and web series. He was born in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, but raised in Ambarnath, Maharashtra, India.

Menon pursued his early education at St Joseph High School in Pune. After this, he went on to earn a degree in Physics from Mumbai University.

He then pursued an MBA from the University of Pune. After completing his education, he joined the advertising industry.

Sting was born Gordon Matthew Sumner on 2 October, 1951 in Wallsend, North Tyneside, Tyne and Wear, England, the eldest of four children of Audrey (Cowell), a hairdresser, and Ernest Matthew Sumner, an engineer and milkman. He received his name from a striped sweater he wore which looked like a bee. He grew up in the turmoil of the ship-building industry and wanted to become a musician very early. He played cruise ships, backing strippers in cabarets, and developed a love for the bass guitar. Having played in jazz/rock bands like "Last Exit" and other various groups, including a dixieland jazz group, he settled down with Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers for a decade-long tenure with the smashing rock trio, The Police.

In 1984, he went on to record solo albums, and holds a reputation as one of the most literate songwriters and talented musicians in the world. Tara is best known for her starring role in Hulu and Lionsgate Television's original comedy series Casual (2015). Executive produced by Jason Reitman, Tara is a scene stealer as Laura, the sarcastic yet wise and witty daughter of Valerie (Michaela Watkins). The series follows a bachelor brother (Tommy Dewey) and his newly divorced sister (Watkins) as they navigate the crazy world of dating while living together and raising a teenager. Casual premiered in October 2015 to critical acclaim, and was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical. Tara made her feature film debut in the award-winning independent film God Bless America (2011), which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2011. Written and directed by Bobcat Goldthwait, Tara commanded the screen as Roxy, a 16-year old girl who teams up with terminally ill Frank (played by Joel Murray), and heads out on a mission to rid society of its most repellent citizens. The film, which has since gone on to become a cult hit, was nominated for an Audience Award at the 2012 SXSW Film Festival, and Tara earned a Young Artist Award nomination as Best Leading Young Actress in a Feature Film for her work in the project. In 2014, Tara once again made waves in the indie scene (in another 1960's period piece) starring as the title character in the short film Dawn, Rose McGowan's directorial debut. The dark and dramatic film premiered at Sundance, and was nominated for the Short Film Grand Jury Prize.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Tara got her start in theater at the age of seven. She was instantly drawn to the stage, and loved bringing diverse characters to life. Although acting quickly became her passion, she also desired a sense of normalcy and realized early on that driving back and forth from the OC to Los Angeles took up a ton of time from school. While working in television and film are two of Tara's greatest passions, she also has a love of music. She sings, is a self-taught guitar player, and has hopes to learn how to play the bass in the near future. Persis Khambatta was born on October 2, 1948 in Bombay, India. When aged 16, as Femina Miss India, she entered Miss Universe 1965, dressed in off-the-rack clothes she bought at the last minute. Khambatta became a model for companies such as Revlon. Her biggest acting break was getting the role of Lieutenant Ilia, the bald Deltan alien in Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979). This led to roles in Nighthawks (1981), Megaforce (1982) and Warrior of the Lost World (1983). She was considered for the title role in the James Bond film Octopussy (1983), but was passed over in favor of Maud Adams. Khambatta became the first citizen of India to present an Academy Award in 1980. She was nominated for the Saturn Award for Best Actress for her Star Trek role. Khambatta also made guest appearances in many popular American television series. In the early 1980s, she was seriously injured in a car crash in Germany and had to have heart bypass surgery.

A year before her death, she wrote and published a coffee table book titled "Pride of India" which featured former Miss Indias; it was dedicated to Mother Teresa, and part of the royalties went to the Missionaries of Charity. On August 17, 1998, Persis Khambatta was taken to the Marine Hospital in South Mumbai, complaining of chest pains. She died of a heart attack on August 18, 1998 at the age of 49; her funeral was held in Mumbai.

Jonathan Torrens has worked as a performer, writer and producer for 15 years. In 1989, he started a seven-year run as one of the hosts of Street Cents, an International Emmy award-winning consumer/sketch show for youth. In 1996, Torrens began a five year stint as the host of his own sketch/talk show Jonovision, for which he earned seven Gemini Award nominations, including Best Individual Performance in a Comedy Series and Best Comedy Series. Jonathan Cross's Canada, his parody of a Charles Kuralt style newsmagazine show, aired on CBC last year. As an actor, Jonathan has guest starred twice each on the topical comedies This Hour Has 22 Minutes and Royal Canadian Air Farce, along with recurring roles in the period drama Pit Pony and the sitcom Rideau Hall. This year he's had guest starring roles on Degrassi: The Next Generation and the sketch comedy Listen Missy. As a host, Jonathan's credits are as varied as Living Romance, Canada Day, The CBC News Millenium Special, The East Coast Music Awards and Sesame Park. In film, he won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 1999 Atlantic Film Festival for his feature debut in Thom Fitzgerald's Beefcake. His first romantic comedy, The Breadmaker, premiered at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival in 2003. On the other side of the camera, he has produced and co-written two award-winning shorts: Liquor Store, which won Best Short and Best Director at the Atlantic Film Festival in 1996, and Nan's Taxi, which won the Gemini Award for Best Short Drama in 1997.
