Born Chiu Kang-sang on April 4, 1951 in Taiwan. Chiang had family problems from a young age. His family was too large and his parents could not look after him properly, so he was sent to the Fu Sheng Opera School in Taipei, Taiwan. During his time here, he had met friends which would become part of the Shaw Brothers studio with him, such as Robert Tai, Lu Feng and Kuo Chui. When studying at the school, Chiang trained in martial arts and acrobatics.
In the mid 70's, Director Chang Cheh started his own company and headed out to Taiwan to find the latest talent for future projects. It was on this trip where he met Chiang Sheng, impressed by his martial art and acrobatic abilities, Chang Chen invited him to go to Hong Kong and do some work for him.
In 1976, Chiang started work over in Hong Kong, having already appeared in a few movies (but nothing major), he got a small part in the Sammo Hung movie, Da tai jian (1976), before heading to Shaw Brothers to make an appearance in the movie Shaolin Temple (1976). From 1976 to 1978, he appeared in movies such as Cai li fa xiao zi (1976), Magnificent Wanderers (1977), The Brave Archer (1977) and The Shaolin Avengers (1976).
1978 was to be a great year, as he starred in the all time classic Five Deadly Venoms (1978), where he would forge a great working relationship with actors Sun Chien, Kuo Chui, Lo Meng and Lu Feng.
Chiang would continue to film more classics with Sun Chien, Kuo Chui, Lo Meng and Lu Feng. They starred in_Invincible Shaolin_, The Kid with the Golden Arm (1979), The Magnificent Ruffians (1979), Crippled Avengers (1978), Two Champions of Death (1980), Ten Tigers of Kwangtung (1980) and many others. Chiang could not only enrich the movie with his breathtaking acrobats and agility, but also bring the comic relief to the film.
In 1981, Chiang and the rest of the venoms disbanded with. Chiang, Lu Feng and Kuo Choi starting a new production company in Taiwan. The first movie he and his fellow team made was Shu shi shen chuan (1981), which Chiang acted and choreographed the action scenes, Chiang shortly after wanted to go back to Hong Kong, but his wife convinced him to stay put in Taiwan.
Not long after staying in Taiwan with his wife, Chiang found it very difficult, not being able to find work anywhere which led to him divorcing his wife and became a heavy drinker.
On August 18, 1991 Ricky Cheng Tien Chi, an old friend of Chiang, came to see him, but found him dead. It is said that he was lying dead for three days before being found. He died from a heart attack. But Kuo Chui once said "it was more of a broken heart". He was only 40 years old.- Actor

- Wen Sayling was the former president of the Inventec Group. He was a successful IT entrepreneur from Taiwan who helped pave the way for Taiwan's transition into a hardware manufacturing powerhouse. In addition to his leadership of Inventec, Wen is also widely recognized for his poverty relief efforts and promotion of computer education in Western China.
Wen did his undergraduate and graduate studies in electronic engineering at the National Taiwan University.
In 1972, he and classmate Barry Lam, now chairman of Quanta Computer (the world's largest made-to-order notebook computer maker), founded San Ai Electronics, which made simple electronic devices such as calculators. In 1973, Wen and Lam, along with another IT entrepreneur, Rock Hsu, founded Kinpo Electronics, whose affiliate company, Compal, is now the world's second-largest made-to-order notebook PC maker. Together, the founding of these companies has helped promote Taiwan's emergence as a global leader in electronic manufacturing.
In 1975, Wen and his classmate Yeh Kuo-yi founded the Inventec Group, in which Wen served as president and vice chairman. Today, the Inventec Corporation has grown to become one of the world's top computer manufacturers, making notebook computers, servers, and mobile devices, with major customers including Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, Acer, Fujitsu, and Siemens. In addition, the company has become one of China's largest exporters, with configuration and service centers in the United States, Europe, and Mexico, and a workforce of over 23,000 employees.
Wen had a strong commitment not only to the economic development of China but also to its intellectual development. In 1998, he founded the Tomorrow Studio as a trailblazing outfit with the aim of developing digital multimedia content, publishing works for both digital and print platforms, and as a way to cultivate writers, cartoonists, and other artists. In addition, Wen established himself as a prolific writer on a wide range of subjects, with written works covering everything from digital content to the economy and ways to improve one's English skills.
Wen was a strong advocate for popularizing computers in schools and using the internet as a tool to further the development of Western China. With vision and strong financial support, he launched the very ambitious 'Thousands of Local Talents' program, which sought to establish 1000 online education centers in poor village schools in 12 provinces across Western China within five years. As such, the goal of the program was to develop local talents at each school through accessing the company's website for software training. Ultimately, the program would help establish Chinese computer programming talents and future economic advancements that would otherwise be beyond the reach of locals with limited resources.
Based on his personal encounters and work experience, his numerous publications include Success with Wealth and Joy, Prospect, Taiwan Experience, The East Asian Financial Crisis, Leadership, Future of the Enterprise, Future of E-commerce, Develop Western China in 10 Years, and Facing the Tofflers: Provisioning the Future. Several of his works are published in English, Japanese, and Korean. - Director

When in Taipei he studied in the English Department of Tamkang English Junior College, but he would not finish his studies because he decided to be a novelist. In 1960 he wrote his first novel, "Cangqiong Shen Jian" ("Divine Sky Sword"). Soon he was considered as one of the best "wuxia" writers of his time, and from 1971 his novels began to be converted into films, beginning with "Xiao Shi Yi Lang" ("Swordsman at Large"), directed by Chui Chang-Wang. In 1976 reputed director Chor Yuen began his series of Lung novels adaptations for Shaw Bros. Film Company, being the first of them "Liu Xing Hu Die Jiang" ("Killer Clans"). The success of these movies (directed also by prominent directors as Lo Wei, Wong Fung or Chan Fan-Kei) impelled the selling of Lung novels before his death from cirrhosis and esophageal hemorrhage through his alcoholism. Future scriptwriter/director Peter Pan Lei's formative years before his show business persona was as turbulent as it was quixotic. Retired from the military with lieutenant's honors after the allied victory, Pan tried to resettle in Vietnam only to be uprooted during the outbreak of the French-Indochine War sending him packing again. The undaunted Pan fled his homeland with a foreign visa in hand to Shanghai where he enrolled into medical school to seek his calling. Instead of completing his training, Pan was sidetracked while finding solace in creative writing penning novellas and poetry while working under a Kuomintang enterprise to earn his keep towards the end of the 1940s however his true calling was interrupted by new civil and political unrest in Mainland China uprooting Pan again in 49. Now setting his sights to Formosa, Pan would resettle once more while being hired as a column writer for a Taipei literary magazine, advancing as a college professor teaching scriptwriting to film students and finally into the offices of Taiwan's Central Motion Pictures Corporation studios in Taipei towards the end of the 1950s...- Actress
