Noise and Neighbours is the story of a bored little girl, and a man who has given up. Bolelo is the daughter of a working single mother, so she spends her days alone. Her downstairs neighbour, Helmut, is a man living out what's left of his life in front of the TV. When Bolelo gets a piano for her birthday, everything changes. Helmut bangs at the ceiling with a broom to get her to stop playing. Slowly, their battle of noise becomes a conversation. They become friends who never meet, but are always there for each other through life's ups and downs.
