Military Veterans return to compete in an Armed Forces Redeployment duel between the branches. Competitors from previous episodes who are Veterans must compete head to head for the ultimate title of Military Forged in Fire Champion. Round One pits two E-4s against each other, while Round Two sees two 'Dual Branch' competitors. - This is the second round of the Second Armed Forces Competiton. Round One is the the third round of the competition, which pits an Army veteran against a Navy veteran, both of whom made it to the championship round previously. Their competition is to make 'The Woodsman's Friend' axe. Round Two, the fourth round of the competition, pits an Army E-5 veteran against an Air Force Active Duty E-5, building an M1915 Bolo bayonet.
