Brenda, Laura, Ruben and Willem meet each other at an uneasy therapy session. The unconventional therapist (Pamela Tevis) tells them they only have 48 minutes left to live. Looking back at their lives, they start making choices they never dared before. 15 year old Laura (Luca Hollestelle) is deeply in love with the mysterious Tom. It is true love. We he gets his computer, an email arrives stating a disaster will happen when the message is not send on. Overwhelmed with grief and fear Willem decides to ends his life. With fatal consequences for his surroundings. Popular party animal Brenda (Sanne Gloria Verboom) is sent back to the party she was poisoned. She only gets a few chances to find out who poisoned her and why. Not an easy task, when everyone actually seems to hate you. When the sympathetic Ruben (Raymi Sambo) hears of his terminal disease, he makes a list of things to do before his death. His brother and girlfriend try to support him, but his obsession to finish the list takes over.
