Gordon Ramsay visits struggling restaurants across America and spends one week trying to help them become successful.

Gordon visits La Galleria 33, an Italian restaurant in Little Italy Boston run by raucous sisters Rita and Lisa who grew up working at their father's restaurant nearby, but when they opened their own place customers didn't materialize.

In Boston Gordon confronts Rita and Lisa with an ultimatum. His stand-off with the siblings is just the beginning of the explosive action. He finds himself stuck in a war with waiters, chef and owners over who is to blame for the failings.
