Three South Africans are transformed into proactive individuals. The three participants all have a dream but at the moment they are unable to attain that dream for various reasons. It's For Life aims to equip these three with the necessary life skills to achieve their goals and teach them more about the country they live in.

Three people from different walks of life gets swept up in an experience that helps them develop their strengths, and ultimately realize their dreams. Dolly Malete is a mother who sells insurance in Nelspruit. Her dream is to run a restaurant. Sipho Mashego is a volunteer worker in Acornhoek, Mpumalanga. He is interested in agriculture and would like to explore this as a possible career move. Andrea January runs a homeless shelter in Roodepoort along with her mother. Her dream is to become a journalist.
