Robert Agnew falls in love with Peggy Shaw, so he tries to rescue the city orphanage she is collecting money for by getting the horse Gold Heels into a high stakes race.
Some nice location shooting and well acted. Lucien Littlefield is notable as Robert Agnew's crooked racetrack pal. Has a few slapstick style comedy scenes.
