I caught this on the Internet under the title SIGHING FIDDLE. IT's a vehicle for Stan Laurel lookalike Billy West who plays a fiddler who gets into various escapades alongside his dog. Oliver Hardy co-stars as an aggressive theatre manager who gets drawn into the story. Expect a lot of dated slapstick here, and it all moves at a quick pace.
