This film is presumed lost.
Although it is often described as a remake of the original Tillie's Punctured Romance (1914), in fact, this is an entirely different film from Marie Dressler's.
The film is lost, and has not been seen by anyone, anywhere for a hundred years. The first hand "Review" offered below that describes it is by a well established fraud, who posted hundreds of such hoaxes about films that no longer exist. It is too bad that real fans, such as the dedicated Fields scholar, were taken in for a minute by him.
