- [Vicki receives a phone call from "Bruce Wayne" that is actually a phonograph recording]
- Bruce Wayne: Vicki, I'm sorry; I - I can't keep our date. I need a vacation - I'm leaving town for a week. You understand, don't you?
- Vicki Vale: Well, of course, Bruce. You must be completely worn out.
- Vicki Vale: [after hanging up, to Batman] You know, I thought I had discovered your identity, but I just found out I was wrong.
- Batman: Really? Who did you think I was?
- Vicki Vale: Bruce Wayne. Wasn't that silly?
- Batman: Yes, wasn't it?
- [Batman, Vicki and Robin all laugh]
- Officer Murphy: You can't go in there!
- Vicki Vale: Well, I'm Vicki Vale of Picture magazine.
- Officer Murphy: Vicki Vale, eh? Well, I'm Officer Murphy of the Patrol Bureau. You still can't go in there!
- Robin: What's botherin' you?

- Vicki Vale: [after Batman stops her car from going over a cliff] Untie me - please!
- Batman: I haven't got time; you'll be alright. Don't go away!
- Vicki Vale: Will you do me a favor?
- Batman: Certainly.
- Vicki Vale: I'm going to have dinner with Bruce Wayne, will you join us?
- Batman: That's very nice of you.
- Vicki Vale: Then you'll come?
- Batman: Of course!

- Narrator: Crime, striking our city night and day, is on the increase. Our undermanned police force is helpless to cope with the situation, but they have an ally - Batman - who with the faithful Robin, wages unending war against all criminals!
- Prof. Hammil: [Batman and Robin finds Prof. Hammil and Carter in Hammil's study] Batman, you've got me cornered at last
- Batman: Are you admitting that you're the Wizard, professor?
- Prof. Hammil: Yes. I'm ready to make a full confession.
- Batman: What part did you have in all this, Carter?
- Carter - Hammil's Valet: [while holding Hammil at gunpoint] My twin brother and I merely took orders from Professor Hammil.
- Robin: Then it was your twin brother who was killed.
- Carter - Hammil's Valet: That's right. By Hammil.
- Prof. Hammil: Yes. I did it after arranging things so that you would think the Wizard was dead.
- Batman: You've overlooked one point. The dead man's fingerprints were not Carter's. And now, professor, it's my duty to take you to police headquarters...
- [grabs Carter from his chair, and manhandles him, Robin picks up Carter's gun]
- Batman: You, Carter, are the Wizard. You forced Hammil to make that confession by threatening his life!
- Prof. Hammil: That's right!
- Batman: Commissioner Gordon wants to see you!
- [he and Robin lead Carter away to police headquarters]
