- Sumuru, a megalomaniacal femme fatale, makes a bid for world domination by eliminating male leaders and replacing them with her sexy female agents.
- Frankie Avalon and George Nader (that guy from "The Robot Monster") are a couple of wise-cracking, swingin' secret agents. Their enemy is Shirley Eaton as Su-Muru, who plans to remove all of the men who are currently in power and replace them with her army of women, most of who are shown in skimpy (for 1967) bikinis or mini skirts, and who can all perform complex tasks such as break a man's neck with their thighs. - Two American CIA agents are approached in Rome by the British intelligence bigwig Colonel Baisbrook. His government is worried about the stability of Sinonesian President Boong who has a weakness for women. He asks Nick West, an American CIA agent to meet with the Sinonesian chief of security. Following the meeting, the chief of security is attack by a man playing possum in the street. West happens to see him being carted into an ambulance and follows it to a private hospital. He lets himself in when no one answers the doorbell. Before long he is enjoying the delights of a comely young woman and gets himself chloroformed. He awakes in a different hospital. When he returns to his hotel room, the corpse of the girl he was with is in his bed. He flees when he sees the police responding to a call about the corpse. This was designed as leverage by Baisbrook to send Nick and his partner Tommy Carter to Hong Kong. West will become the new Sinonesian chief of security. He doesn't realize that he is infringing on the schemes of the beautiful, monomaniac Sumuru. The evil woman plans world domination by having her sexy all-female army eliminate male leaders and replace them with her female agents. In her lab, she has developed a dart that turns the victim to stone. Sumuru is attracted to West, but he refuses her advances. He escapes when one of her underlings is also smitten by him. Sumuru sends a girl to kill President Boong, but West helps her defect. Hong Kong troops head for Sumuru's island headquarters.—Garon Smith
