A woman is threatened with a switchblade, then raped by coercion while she's repeatedly groped. At the end of the film, the same woman is raped again under duress, first from her clothes being torn off, them being crawled on top of and pinned to a bed.

The killer scares a woman into being raped by him, then the woman stabs his switchblade into his back, which is seen staying there. Very distressing, but barely bloody.
