The Main Character's mother has plastic surgery to look younger. Her face is pulled back and it looks slightly creepy.

A possible scene of offscreen torture. A man wearing a mask is shot in the head, and blood hits the camera lens. During a bombing scene in a restaurant there are some injured and bleeding people lying around crying for help. Most of the violence happens in the last 5-10 minutes of the movie.
