This movie contains medium-low amount of sex and nudity, but has plenty of sexual dialogue.

The main character briefly flashes his butt at the camera.

The main character has intimate moments (kisses and occasionally sex) with three different women throughout the movie. The first sequence starts with a deep kiss, and afterwards continues as a rather long sexual intercourse including implied cunnilingus with minimal nudity (the girl's nipples are briefly seen). The other scene consists of a passionate kiss. In the third scene, the main character is in bed with a girl: they kiss, and are implied to be naked, as it is assumed that they just finished having sex, but nothing is shown.

A woman is seen semi-naked during a sequence. Her nipples and bare breasts are seen more than once. The same sequence involves discussion of sex, condoms, and pregnancy.

Characters are threatened with guns. Several characters are shot, wounded or killed. Blood from a gunshot splatters on the face of a character. A dead body in a pool of blood is shown. A character holds a man against the wall and beats him. A man and woman throw bottles at each other, then one holds a gun to the other's head. A man is shot in the eye.

A violent videoclip is shown.

163 uses of the F-word and its derivates. The movie's title itself, "so fucking what", which is also the main character's motto, is said numerous times throughout the movie.

Several uses of "shit", and some other profanities, such as "bastard", "damn", and "bitch."

All of the above are present and very frequent.

There are some flashy sequences throughout the movie, that might disturb those who suffer from seizures.
