  • Warning: Spoilers
Ginger Lynn looks terrific in this oddball porn feature, filled with faults and pretensions. It was nominated for an industry award in the All-Sex category, completely wrong.

The storyline has Ginger in line for a big inheritance from her much older husband, who kicks off while having sex with her in the opening scene. To collect, she has to complete a sort of sexual scavenger hunt described to her by lawyer Mike Horner, who demands sex from Ginger in return for doling out the clues of the Hunt, which involves finding a posted Red X at various locations. The first Red X leads to Horner's cock, ready to be sucked.

She embarks on a rather surreal journey, hardly Alice in Wonderland but still odd enough to maintain a viewer's interest. Director Lawrence Cole is old school, including a large number of brief, concise sex scenes, always presenting Ginger to the fans.

Script's creditable plot twists are mainly undermined by a number of mistakes made by the director. First off, at the outset Eric Edwards' phony beard and fake-whitened hair as the old husband stand out glaringly, and the key plot devise of him as a mysterious man trailing Ginger around everywhere in mystery thriller fashion is immediately obvious. A lousy original music score ranges from sappy love ballads to a repeated song titled "Who Are You Who Follows Me?" -duh!

It all builds to a romantic climax, ruined by a hokey surprise ending I found insultingly stupid.

There's a sequel, which I'm not looking forward to seeing.
