Bobby tries to have sex with Cindy a lot of times.

In the girls' locker room, we see various young women in their bras and panties (and briefly appear to see bare breasts in the background) and others wrapped just in towels.

After feeling their car hit something, a woman's head appears from the male driver's crotch and she wipes off her mouth, thus implying oral sex.

Bobby holds up a stuffed monkey toy so that the banana it's holding is positioned upright and rhythmically moving at the monkey's crotch.

Cindy asks Bobby, "Is this about the time...I masturbated with a crucifix" (a reference to a scene from "The Exorcist") and then blames that on it being her first keg party. She then comments on them playing "bump bump" (something sexual) and he states that he was hoping he could get his "balls" licked.

Ray tells Brenda that he'd sure like to get into her pants (but the joke is that he's acting gay and would like to wear them). He then talks about some other man have a pretty mouth and a nice ass.

A girl gets stabbed a couple of time with blood by the audience.

Someone is stabbed repeatedly then sliced in the neck (a little blood is visible, and we later see the body being dragged away in a trash bag); also, four others are stabbed with a knife or a hook, sometimes repeatedly and sometimes resulting in visible blood (once we see the bloody knife, once we hear squishy noises during the stabbing, and once two people watch the stabbing but don't intervene).

Several people punch, kick, and stab a girl to death (some blood is visible).

In one scene, a girl is stabbed (her hands and shirt become very bloody), then she twists and breaks her own leg (we hear a crunch and see the broken bone), then her head is severed (she continues to talk) and the bloody head is thrown into a trash can.

A girl's chest is stabbed and we see a bloody breast implant stuck on the knife, as well as her bloody bra and hands.

Someone waving a hook around unknowingly stabs and kills several people (we hear slicing noises, then see several slightly bloody corpses lying on the ground).

A penis sticking through a hole in a toilet stall "impales" a young man through the ears (we later see him with a bandaged ear).

A girl is killed when she's caught in a garage door that opens partially.

A man jumps off a building to his death (we see him hit the ground).

Someone is shot (we see a bloody hole in the person's shirt) and a man shoots at several boys who've just shoplifted from his store.

A male character is a drug addict.

People drink alcohol and they also get high by smoking weed.

A car pulls up carrying Shorty and others and it's completely filled with pot smoke. We also see Shorty using some jumper cable claws as a "roach clip" to hold a joint.

Cindy's father states that the screams he heard might have been from the crack (cocaine) he smoked earlier. We then learn that he's a drug dealer and he quizzes her on what to do if the cops arrive (which includes flushing his stash) as well as what to cut the cocaine with (baking powder vs. soda).

People make a bong out of a fish tank and graphically use it.

The movie is overall very silly and the Intense scenes are played for comedy.

A fat woman gets stuck in a small door. The villain presses the button to go up and subsequently she screams for help. It may be sad and intense for some viewers.

The violence is graphic, but in a comical way.
