There are 2 people in the game that can be seen fighting rounds in this side scrolling game. They are seen punching and kicking each other until their bar meter is depleted, this goes on for 2 or 3 rounds until the one standing is declared the winner.

The game's core gameplay revolves around 2 characters fighting for 2-3 rounds until one is knocked down or the time runs out. No blood can be seen, but landed hits are signified by a cloud of bright red mist appearing.

Some character ending cutscenes feature very intense action.
