This mondo documentary is memorable for two things: the repeated use of Them's garage punk classic 'I Can Only Give You Everything', and the ridiculously misshapen globe used to represent spots around the world supposedly being visited by the filmmakers' cameras. Whoever made the globe had next to no idea what the continents really look like - South America is reduced to what looks like a big blob of vomit - and yet director Lee Frost keeps returning to it on every possible occasion. Far from the worst mondo film, Mondo Bizarro is supposedly narrated by 'Claude Emmand', who sounds suspiciously like someone trying to imitate George Sanders, who of course had narrated three genre films earlier in the 1960s. Good fun as long as you completely suspend belief.
