A teenage boy looks at a Penthouse magazine. There's two women in it. One woman is wearing a fishnet blouse, with a tan colored bra. As he turns the pages, there's a second woman with her breasts and nipples are exposed.
A couple passionately kiss at the airport. This last for 3 seconds they are interrupted by the intercom at the airport.

In a vision, people are jostled about by turbulence in a plane and then struck by flying articles inside it. As the plane is then torn apart, various characters are injured and/or sucked from the plane and a huge fireball then races through the fuselage, finally engulfing and burning one character. (6/10)
We see a corpse in a funeral home with thin, bloody cuts on its neck and a tube filled with blood sticking out of the side of its neck; someone removes the tube and we hear a squirting sound and see, in closeup, a little blood spurting from the hole.
A teen boy gets knocked off his bike; he avoids being hit by a car.
A teen boy comes after another and punches him, and the two are then escorted off the plane (where he still tries to come after him). The kid then rushes him and tackles him to the floor until the two are separated.
A plane explodes (seen from a distance), causing windows in the terminal to shatter and killing everyone (several hundred people) on board (not seen). (10/10)
A shard of glass flies into a person's throat and when it's pulled out we see lots of blood on the person's neck, hand and clothes and blood dripping on the floor; later, a knife falls into the person's chest and is driven deeper when a chair falls onto the handle (at this point the person is almost completely covered in blood). (5/10)
A large chain flies through the air and lops off most of a person's head; we see the head fall and roll on the ground, then see the body fall to the ground (the bloody neck stump is visible). (9/10)
A young woman is hit by a speeding bus on accident, causing blood to splatter in front of several people standing nearby (mildly gruesome) (7/10)
Someone grabs a live power line and briefly gets electrocuted (we see the unconscious person lying on the ground with charred hands)
Someone is hit by a marquee (the screen turns black before we see the impact); and a person is knocked face-first into mud when hit by a falling tree and nearly suffocates.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Severe

The overriding notion of Death coming after these students may be unnerving, suspenseful or downright frightening to some viewers, as might scenes listed under "Violence" as well as "Blood/Gore."
Some old drawings/paintings that briefly appear during the opening credits show unhappy/scared people apparently facing death (that may be unsettling to some viewers).
For those with a fear or apprehension of flying, Alex's realistic-looking vision of an airliner experiencing progressively worse problems (turbulence, then greater turbulence followed by fire and people being sucked from the plane in a several minute sequence that ends with fire engulfing his face) and then the later sight of the "real" thing exploding after take off, may be rather unsettling/disturbing.
Some people may gain a fear of flying planes because of the plane explosion scene.
Scary and intense.
This is the less violent movie in the franchise, but still very intense.
Two people break into a funeral home to see a deceased teen boy who is lying on the table with shallow cuts on his neck and a suction hose coming out of his shoulder. The body suddenly jerks, causing them to jump. This may frighten some viewers.
