Pooja dreams of becoming a successful account director and winning prestigious awards on account of her work. Her boss Mr. Oberoi doesn't have too much faith in her and gives the meaty assignments to other senior executives in the company. Mr Oberoi is super irritated that Pooja is constantly late to work and doesn't believe that she is serious about her career. Oberoi also doesn't like that Pooja takes frequent leaves for one reason or another. She designs a story map for a car advertisement, which is relevant, to the point, addresses the core demographic of the product, and delivers the message clearly. Oberoi takes the core of Pooja's idea and assigns it to other executives in the firm to develop and to give it final shape.
