There is one level with a brothel where one prostitute is a character you help escape. She kisses Agent 47 quickly for helping her escape. Some mild sexual dialogue is alluded to from some characters for seeing her.

In one of the Rotterdam levels, there is a strip club where one girl is shown dancing. There is no nudity but she is not wearing much. There is some mild suggestive dialogue and she dances for a guard outside.

Throughout the game there are moments you have to kill people (mostly just shooting) and there is not gore but there are some visible blood particles. Blood pools form under corpses after a few seconds as well.

Targets can be shot with guns, strangled with fiber wire, have their throats slit with knives, poisoned, or blown up with bombs.

A man you have to save is covered in cuts and bruises while being held in a dungeon.

One kill on a side character involves trapping him in a sauna where he will have a heart attack. If you talk to him beforehand, he mentions having heart problems.

The s word is only used once in a letter and this is the only time profanity is used in the game.

A man is shown snorting a large pile of cocaine and is high from it during a gunfight. This results in his health being higher than normal.
