Some references to prostitution.

Some unimportant characters wear moderately revealing clothes. They are usually prostitutes or bums.

Blood splatter and trails when NPCs are shot or stabbed. Characters explode into low-poly meat whenever they fall or are caught in an explosion

Violence is frequent and gory. It's possible to shoot, stab and blow up other characters. Blood spatters on the floor and walls and forms in pools around dead bodies. Dismemberment is possible using explosives and swords, pieces of blood and brain matter explode out, it's quite graphic and disturbing for younger players.

Some mild swearing.

It's possible to drink wine and beer, smoke cigarettes and to buy and use a fictional drug called "Zyme".

Some characters are seen smoking, drinking, and using drugs. Some characters appear to be under the effect of drugs. None of these depictions are particularly explicit.

Some of the characters look quite scary, there are also some weird looking "transgenic" creatures. Nothing too scary due to the graphics. The violence can be intense at times.
