Arjun and Jagapati are great freinds . They dote on Jagapati's younger sister Vijaylakshmi . They run several successful businesses under the name of KD and company . Venu is in love with Vijayalakshmi and comes to their village to join KD and company. The sister won't marry until her brothers are married .
