A portrait of hellish, almost sociopathic sexual behavior
A modest masterpiece of misogynistic, unrepentant sleaze from Lizzie Borden, the director of the vilified and ripped-from-the-shelves "Forced Entry" of a few years back (not to be confused with the Warren Evans '75 effort). Where does one begin to review this hardcore train wreck that mixes grotesque Satanism, violent sodomy, standard "choking", spitting, general sociopathic behavior and, yes, cannibalism, into a pictorially repugnant brew?
As I was watching this odious gem, I asked myself: Who is it's audience? Then I answered my own question: Maybe me. And maybe a couple of thousand jaded punters and cinematic adventurers like me.
To most God-fearing citizens, a flick like this represents The End Of Civilization As We Know It. To those who oppose pornography without ever having seen it, this atypical porn flick is probably everything they feared porn is.
Director Borden is married to Rob Black and together they run Extreme Associates, an LA-based smut shingle that has specialized in extreme and inflammatory material (the two were even busted recently and charged with obscenity) for well over a decade now.
Black directed the interesting, gonzo-style "A Week and a Half in the Life of a Prostitute" and "War Whores", an equally repulsive example of a grotesque new porno genre that has established a sordid niche over the past six or seven years. Other vids of its slime-slicked ilk include volumes of the "Tough Love" series, Mason's "Dirty Trixxx" flicks, Rocco Sirrredi's "Animal Trainer" atrocities and his infamous "Hazardous Duty", a brutal diamond that added a gross bestiality scene to its psycho-erotic mix, the "Girlvert" series, and Khan Tusion's "Hellifire Sex" and pioneering "Rough Sex" duo.
Borden and Black aren't doing anything new here, but their blinkered focus on portraying hellish, almost sociopathic sexual behavior deserves respect -- even if that respect is semen-soaked.
