Out of Time

Continuity
In the scene where Whitlock explains his GPS-equipped device to his soon-to-be ex-wife, the time in the PocketPC's upper right corner is displayed as 9.21. The camera changes, and when it comes back just a moment later the time is shown as 9.39.

Continuity

Upon arriving in Cabot's hotel room the dialog from Legally Blonde (2001) can clearly be heard. After fighting with Cabot, dangling over the side of the balcony, and struggling back into the room (all of which took several minutes) the dialog has clearly only progressed for a few seconds, not minutes.
In the scene where Whitlock explains his GPS-equipped device to his soon-to-be ex-wife, the time in the PocketPC's upper right corner is displayed as 9.21. The camera changes, and when it comes back just a moment later the time is shown as 9.39.
At 1.12.15 in, the broken, hollow metal post by which the balcony railing, on which the fight is taking place, is hanging, is on the very corner of the balcony and is weathered white, bent, jagged and rusted through. It's the same at 1.12.35 but, when the Chief grabs it at 1.12.42, it's no longer on the corner of the balcony and is straight and clean white, even along the broken, jagged edge, with no trace of rust. It's the same at 1.12.55.
Ann's bra is on then off then back on in her first love scene with Matt.

Wishful thinking. The bra stayed on. Parent's Guide says so.
When Matt and Chae are getting the money out of the safe, the locking bars are up on the open door. In the next shot, the bars are retracted with none having entered the combination.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When Matt and Paul Cabot are fighting in the hotel room they fell through a window, but none of them gets hurt. When Matt climbs up the balcony after the balcony rail was broken, you can even see him placing his lower arm directly in the splinter of glass, what normally would cause several lacerations. Moments later he's sitting in a café with Alex and she finds a splinter in his hair, but there are no injuries or scratches on his skin.

Not splinters, which are sharp and pokey, but pebbles of tempered glass, which are designed to not lacerate.
As Chae talks to Matt next to the soda machine in the police station, he has a cigarette in his mouth which disappears between shots.

Smokers are not required to have the cigarette in their mouth all the time. It was in his hand, off camera.
Chief Withlock has apparently been chief of police for quite a long time and Dr. Frieland has been a doctor for 10 years in the only hospital in town. But when they bump into each other they don't seem to know each other, despite the fact that chief Whitlock's picture has been on the front page of the paper. It has to be that Dr. Frieland does not read newspapers or he does not live in Banyan Keys.

Dr. Frieland and his hospital are not in Banyan Key. The hospital is far larger, (multiple floors, on-site doctor's offices) than a town of 1,384 would require. The Pop 1,384 sign was seen as they left Banyan Key at ~0:43:45. It's extremely likely they didn't know each other.
The mirror in the center of windshield is missing from the interior of the car as Denzel drives up to the hotel. However, when the camera cuts to show the car pulling up to the curb, the mirror has suddenly reappeared.

~1:08:40. rear view mirrors are often removed when filming from behind. In this case, it would have eclipsed the entire middle of the hotel. This is a standard film maker's device, not a Goof.
When Matt is sneaking around Ann and Chris' house, attempting to deliver her the money, and prior to the fire, the motion light of the neighbor's house turns on to reveal his presence to the neighbor. Matt, who was engaged in an adulterous affair with Ann, would most likely be aware of this light.

Unless she just got it because Chief Whitlock had seen a prowler next door the night before.

Miscellaneous

(at around 50 mins) When Agent Stark from the DEA calls Chief Whitlock, over the phone he refers to the cartel boss correctly as "Scarcetti" before the camera cuts to him in his office. While the camera is with him he calls him "Sarsetti", and then when the camera cuts back to the chief he refers to him correctly again.
It is very difficult believe an impostor posing as a doctor could get into a hospital and use an office belonging to another well known doctor to enact a scheme and no one on the floor notices or pays any attention.

Character error

When Matt and Alex go to the dental office, Alex refers to the dentist as "Sheridan", although before and after he is called Shider.
