(at around 25 mins) When Alastor Moody uses the Imperius curse on the spider, he moves it from his right to his left, from Parvati's shoulder to Ron's head, but in the next shot, the spider is moving from Moody's left to his right, as if the spider is coming from the left side of the classroom, and not the right.
At the end of the film, there is a dedication to Casting Director Mary Selway, who died of cancer in 2004.
