I saw this short on a cartoon-type network when they were showing a length of random cartoons from, say, Oh! Canada. I loved this short because it's simple and fantastic and takes you on a short journey into the world of topsy-turvy.
It's only 10 minutes; go check it out. The black-and-white design is great by itself, but you'll see more when you watch it. And if you like goldfish now, you'll be seeing them in a new light after this, as well.
Overall it has that feeling "The Birds" gives you after a day or two of watching it, except instantly and in 10 minutes.
