- There is some very mild rude humour, with Marty making fart noises with his armpits, verbal references to throwing poo from the two monkeys, an scene where Melman has a toilet freshner on his mouth, some scenes where characters spit at each other and a scene with a venus flytrap belching.
- When Alex steps on a torn, he says "What the frick" which is to replace the f-word. However he barely utters it, so it makes it difficult to hear.
- The p on a "help" sign falls apart and spells "hell". That refers to the place.
- After Marty receives a rectal thermometer, not realizing its purpose, he puts it in his mouth. After finding out the real purpose, he shouts out a disgusted "MOTHER--!" Played for laughs.
- At one scene, when Marty runs away from Alex in slow motion, he shouts out: "Sugar Honey Iced Tea!". Take the first four letters of those four words and they spell "Shit". This will go over young children's heads.
