Rahman is good tall eye candy. He is a petty thief with a heart of gold . He lives in a slum , sings duets with Farheen . Srividya and her brother live in a palatial bungalow . They are constantly threatened by villains . Srividya reigns over a large empire without an heir . She chances upon Rahman once when he tires to steal her bag . Impressed with his nature and stature , she employs him to act as her son . He follows her and her brother into their bungalow . Srividya's niece Sheeba returns from abroad and assumes that he is her cousin. A lot of confusions twists misunderstandings follow . Finally Rahman wins over the villains and also his first love Farheen . An over all fine entertainer of its times. Both girls are from the north and are good eye candy dancing and prancing in colourful clothes. Srividya is regal in her silks and pearls . Has some fine hummable songs too .
