the only reason i didn't give this a 1 is that i am a single male, and the breasts were ubiquitous. but this movie is not bad enough to be good. it's not breasty enough to be watched twice, either. bad, bad, bad. ridiculous acting, no continuity, the music seemed to be random selection, nothing to do with the scene, camera work/shot selection seemed to be made by space-o, the wonder chimp. i guess being in a studio with beautiful half-naked women doesn't inspire artistic judgement. bad. not good.

    *SPOILER ALERT* *SPOILER ALERT*

I bought this video for three bucks. Looking at the cover and the back of the video box, you might think that this was some sort of urban thriller. Master P is featured prominently on the front of the box while a hot black babe is on the front and the back looking sexy. I can assure you that this is false advertising as "Bad Bizness" is all about T&A in a tropical hotel. That's the good news. The bad news is that "Bad Bizness" is bad news.

Here's some more proof that I'm watching too many B-movies. "Bad Bizness" is set in a tropical hotel where swimsuit models are getting knocked off. Not only is the plot of this movie almost identical to "Final Examination", it also uses the exact same hotel as that movie. When I saw the waterfall by the pool, I knew I had seen this hotel before. The scene in the hot tub clinches it. I think that was the same blonde having sex in the hot tub as well. Talk about B-movie economics. They must have had an extra two weeks at the hotel so they decided to film an extra movie.

"Bad Bizness" has a ton of T&A. Two of my favorites are in it. Julie Smith, (the reason I bought the movie), has a short sex scene with Regina Russell. Nice. Good stuff. As an added bonus, Mia Zottoli shows up as a stripper at the very beginning. As we all know, any movie that starts off in a strip club has got to be good on some level. There are a few other babes who get topless as well. The main star, Traci Bingham, does not get naked. I have no idea why. Her breasts were heaving under tight dresses but they could not find daylight. That was disappointing but I guess I'll live.

The rest of "Bad Bizness" was pretty bad. No one cared about solving the mystery of the strangled girls. Not the characters nor the audience or even the filmmakers gave it a second thought. The two hotel cops bumbled around the hotel while Master P called from Vegas to check on the progress of the B-movie. For a T&A party, "Bad Bizness" is not bad. For anything else, "Bad Bizness" is...well...you know. Starts with a B and rhymes with GLAD. Like, I'm so GLAD I saw Julie Smith naked one more time.

This was bad beyond belief. Not one of these people can act whatsoever. The actresses were so wooden and unbelievable and the sex scenes were boring. The biggest crime of all is they actually got the money from somewhere to make this. The script was too thin, even for this late night Cinemax effort. This can't even qualify as a guilty pleasure. You would think with a rapper and a 'Baywatch' star they could get the money to shoot on film but instead this is made on cheap video. Even from the name talent and director you would assume it would be cheesy fun, but this is a black mark on all their questionable careers. If you're looking for a sexy whodunit, look elsewhere.

    Warning: Spoilers
Awful acting. Awful dialog. Awful directing. Awful everything. Here's the quote from the tag line: "Traci Bingham stars as an undercover cop who poses as a streetwalker and infiltrates a prostitution ring to catch a killer preying on the "ladies of the night." But things get too close for comfort as she soon discovers the murderer may be someone she knows. Rapper Master P co-stars." Traci Bingham does not star as an undercover cop. She is possibly the worst hotel security person in existence. We never see a cop ever in this film. Our heroine never goes go under cover as a streetwalker. She never infiltrates a prostitution ring. Things never get too close for comfort. Rapper Master P does not "co-star". He appears "phoning in" to the other characters. This has to be one of the most retarded, juvenile piece of crap, that can't even be honest about what it's about. Avoid at all costs. Run! Run away!
