  Boy Ravi : [Screaming at Mohan Agashe]  Why the hell are you threatening us. What the hell have we done.

  Apporva's Mother : [Crying and cursing Kranti Redkar]  I must've committed some sins that this curse was born out of my womb. It'd have been better off if she died instead.

  Amit Kumar : [Being calm and practical]  How can one loathe one's own child. Please sit down.

  Apporva's Mother : [Bringing herself to her senses]  What can we do SP Sir. We've no reputation left in this neighborhood. With great ordeal we could find a man for her. So what if he's a father of 2 kids. He has his own shop in Ghaziabad. But this girl's luck itself is not worth it.

  Amit Kumar : Did you go to the police station ?

  Apporva's Mother : How could I ? Since you're not available, nobody would listen to us.

  [Picks up the cordless phone to call Dayashankar Pandey] 

  Magni Ram : [Responding to Ajay Devgn's call at his post]  Sadarpur Kotwali. Inspector Magni Ram speaking.

  Amit Kumar : Who's the officer on duty ?

  Magni Ram : I am.

  Amit Kumar : How are you Magni ?

  Magni Ram : How are we supposed to be in your absence Sir ?

  Amit Kumar : Listen to me very carefully. Roopmati Ji's daughter Apoorva is getting married tomorrow.

  Magni Ram : I am aware of that Sir.

  Amit Kumar : This marriage should proceed smoothly without any hassle.
