In Spain the show was very popular due to the Spanish commentators. Instead of making a literal dub from the original Japanese, they invented the translation renaming tests and characters, and creating absurd and nonsense dialogues, which added a plus of humor to the show.
The Hindi version was broadcast around years 2006-2008 with comedy commentary by Jaaved Jaaferi. Even in a news article mentioned that kids and even adults would watch just because of Jaaved Jaaferi.
The elbow and knee pads were provided by D&M Supporter.
The helmets worn in the show were "Sports Cap" helmets provided by Kunoh Ltd.
"One of the things I realized is that not everyone has to go through all of the events," said one of the contestants about the shooting. He made the strategy of "I'm not gonna get involved until I'm called," and he got into the final event.
