Part of a mission involves the player (as a female character) changing into a skimpy outfit. However, the breasts and privates are hidden.

If the player uses a female character and is promoted to the top rank, there are a couple of revealing outfits.

Generally speaking the game is filled with bloody details, but players who score headshots against the enemy will see a lot more blood spraying everywhere.

Certain weapons will literally send enemies flying.

There are a couple of missions where one must battle enemies with flamethrowers and the player is set on fire.

Performing a throat slit against enemies will allow a player to see blood splattering.

A sniper rifle scope zooms in on a victim's head, but we cut away before the weapon is fired.

A mercenary points a pistol at his victim's head, but again we cut away before the weapon is fired.

Vehicles will explode onscreen if they are shot.
