RuPaul's appearance and performance strikes the perfect note between tweaky glamour and trashy camp as s/he plays an adventuress/super-agent named Shantay battling against evil forces that will stop at nothing including holding the Great Chefs of Europe hostage...! (The character's name is taken from the chanted refrain of RuPaul's biggest musical hit "Supermodel"). The rest of the cast does an acceptable job playing foils and second fiddles to RuPaul's outrageousness.
Perhaps the must-see highlight of the film, is RuPaul dashing a full-speed sprint in stiletto heels. This stunt doesn't look like film trickery either. I think s/he really did it! I'm not sure if that counts as a spoiler... but one can't be too careful, now can one?
