Players can interact with prostitutes in between missions who say many sexual things to them, and can trigger a cutscene where they go into a room with them and have sex with them offscreen (though some moaning is still heard and part of the building shakes).

Extremely graphic violence throughout, enemies can have limbs and heads blown off, all with a lot of blood.
Cutscenes also contain graphic violence, one in particular has a graphic shot of a man's head on a pike and another has a man throwing a decapitated head on a table.
In certain levels, players are allowed to kill civilians without punishment, though this is meant to show how some American soldiers got off scot-free doing so and not meant to glorify it in any way (instead being used to show the horrors of war rather than glorify them), and the player is never required to, anyway.
Enemies who aren't killed immediately will often be found on the ground screaming in pain until they eventually die.
Lots of cursing with plenty of uses of "fuck" and "shit" among others, as well as some racial slurs.

This game is not intended to be a "fun" military shooter, and it's tone definitely more matches a horror game most of the time, especially with the graphic violence and disturbing locales.
This game is definitely more comparable to The Deer Hunter, Full Metal Jacket, and Platoon in terms of it's tone and themes, as it shows how senseless and cruel the war was as opposed to glorifying it like Call of Duty often does.
One character mercilessly executes an surrendering enemy and taunts him sadistically afterwards.
Cutscenes are intentionally uncanny at plenty of times, with a very eerie and dirty film grain in a lot of them which further reinforces the horror atmosphere.
