Philip Ettinger played both Dominick and Thomas on screen during teen/college age. The voices for both Dom and Thomas during those times were his. Derek Goh is what Gabe Fazio is to Mark Ruffalo: Ettinger's acting partner/body double playing the opposite twin. Like Fazio, Goh's performance/face/voice never shown on screen as both brothers.
