The film was made as part of the Boston 48 Hour Film Project. The film was written, cast, prepped, shot, edited, sound designed and scored all in 48 hours. The team learned what type of film they were to make at 7pm on Friday, April 8, and had to finish by 7pm Sunday, April 10. The team, 'Sleeping at Neverland,' shot at the editor's house, a local restaurant, and the sound mixer's apartment.
Production designer Eric Levesque and gaffer Damian Dydyn were pulled over by a policeman, who impounded Dydyn's car for an expired registration, late Friday night. Luckily, the whole scene was videotaped by assistant director Brian Christina.
