In Astro Land, there are some Uranus jokes.

Crash is seen hurting/killing the park workers, chickens and N. Gin in slapsticky ways in the gag-cutscenes (for ex. dropping a statue on a park worker, dropping park workers in shark-infested waters). Not that disturbing and played for laughs, although Crash seems to do it only for his own amusement.

The player can freely attack the amusement park visitors, of which some are children, and the park workers without penalties. However, the attacks are slapsticky (spin attack and jumping on heads) and no one can be killed.

There are minigames, in which the player can shoot down farm animals with cartoony weapons. The animals explode into many pieces of cooked meat when struck.

There are comedic cutscenes called 'die-o-ramas' in which Crash dies in cartoony ways. Some of these cutscenes are a little harsh (a cannon ball going through Crash's stomach leaving a huge gaping hole (no blood is seen, although a squishy sound effect is heard), Crash crushed between gears (no blood)).

Crunch infrequently says the word 'damn' whil driving.

Infrequent verbal references to smoking.

One race track is horror-themed, but there's nothing overly frightening about it.
