When Sharon 'Boomer' Valerii is working out in her home, you can see a towel on her right shoulder. When she is done, she picks up a towel on the ground and doesn't have one on her shoulder.
Caprica Six killing D'Anna with a rock is considered the first act of violence, yet in season 1, a model 8 is shown killing a six (in saving Helo). Not only that, but a model 8 (Boomer) also blows up a base star in the season 1 cliff-hanger, right before shooting Commander Adama. However, both of these acts were in support of plans to trick the humans and were thus approved by 'Cylon Command.' The killing of D'Anna by Caprica Six was not approved and was therefore the first unapproved killing of one Cylon by another Cylon.
When Cylon model #3 picks up Starbuck's dog tags, she reads the name as "Thrace, Kara". When we see the dog tags, they say "K. Thrace", with no indication of her first name (or sex).
At 32:15 the camera zooms in on the Raptor from which Helo and Tyrol will scatter what they think are Hera's ashes. Flying behind the Raptor is a ship that appears to be the Olympic Carrier, which was destroyed in "33," from the first season. This may just be another ship of the same class.
When Anders and his people are planning the attack on the Cylons, he says the Sharon Cylon told Kara that when Cylons download, they remember everything up until the moment they die. Kara and Sharon (the Cylon) only had this conversation 3 episodes ago in the holding cell constructed for Sharon, so there is no way that Kara could have told this information to Anders, who at this point is still on Caprica. Actually, the Kara and Sharon Cylon conversation of 3 episodes ago dealt with 2 new things that Kara learned from Sharon. 1 - with the destruction of the Resurrection ship, the Cylons were not about to enter into a mass raid, but continue hit and run tactics for now; 2 - Raiders resurrect. This second one was crucial to the show's plot - dealing with Scar, a Cylon Raider. Kara was surprised that "raiders resurrect the same way you do?" She already knew about the 'skin-job' resurrections as Anders said - Sharon Cylon told them on Caprica. Note that in a later show, Kara's line was changed in a 'previously on Battlestar Galactica' scene to "Cylons resurrect?", but it was "Raiders resurrect?" in the actual episode.
