Schoolboy Raymond is accused of attacking his Geography teacher, and pouring acid on his car, DS Morgan is on the case, and is keen to learn exactly what's going on.
A very gritty story, this is the standout episode of what's been a fairly flat middle segment of the tenth series. It's clever, it's gritty, and there's a definite sense of intrigue, you really want to learn just what Meredith is up to. It unfolds nicely, Jo Morgan is excellent as the central Detective, as she always is.
Ellen Thomas and Louis Mahoney, two excellent, seasoned actors are both excellent here, great to see Sally Rogers here, lovely actress, I loved Jo Masters, it would be a long time til she'd join.
Thoroughly enjoyed this, 8/10.
