In the script, while heading to Grand Central Station, right before the giant robot attacked, the Extreme Ghostbusters were supposed to encounter a man with so many brains, they were flowing out of his skull and into the sidewalk. Garrett remarks at the sight of him, "The dude must've wished he had more brains."
The young man on the park bench who wishes to have the other guy's looks is named Jeremy, and will appear again in Ghost in the Machine (1997) and Witchy Woman (1997).
Police officers Al and Frank, who previously appeared in Fear Itself (1997) and The Unseen (1997), are seen responding to both the conductor without a mouth and the woman with the body of a baby. Al will appear next on his own in Grease (1997) and then again partnered with Frank in Glutton for Punishment (1997).
