- By using a CoD flight from Kosovo, a petty officer smuggles a pregnant Albanian woman aboard Harm's carrier. The CAG talks with Harm about his career prospects. Harm does some good flying, and he helps a newbie JAG officer in the defense of the smuggler; he interrupts closing arguments; the CAG expresses approval of his performance and his fervor for justice and the law, then he nudges him back toward the JAG Corps. The gunny starts his new duties at the JAG office, and that causes new competitiveness to arise among other staff members.—DocRushing
- Harm's career as a pilot is in jeopardy because of his long legal career, while a mission over Serbia turns into a crisis when his wingman's plane is crippled. Harm uses his F-14's windscreen and his wingman's tailhook to push him back to the USS Patrick Henry, saving his wingman's life. Harm also provides encouragement and support to his RIO, Elizabeth Skates, who is suffering from panic attacks from flying. Back at the office, Bud, Tiner, and Gunny each seek to curry the Admiral's favor by procuring tickets to a Limp Bizkit concert.
- Harm's fitness report is coming up and the realization that maybe it really is too late to be a fighter pilot. During a dangerous mission over hostile Serbian territory, Harm's wingman's plane is shot up and Harm performs top-gun maneuvers to keep the disabled plane aloft until it's over friendly territory. Meanwhile, with a new Gunny in the office, Bud and Tiner fall over themselves as they compete against each other in an online auction to purchase tickets to a concert, in order to impress the Admiral. They end up looking foolish when it is discovered that the Gunny got the same tickets for free.
- As Harm helps an inexperienced JAG attorney defend a sailor, he realizes he has better career as a lawyer than as an aviator. Before he leaves he proves to the other aviators he has the skills to be a pilot. Meanwhile Gunny is introduced to the staff at JAG HQ—Jesse Sanchez
